    Would like to be 70kgs

    I visited my Gp who was great about me starting and very supportive. I upped my exercise in the last 2yrs but struggling with weight loss. She has started me on 15mg as she has consulted with an endocrinologist as to how much he generally prescribes..happy to start low and increase if coping with side effects.
    My partner loves me how I am but it's about how I'm feeling. Will check back in with doctor in 1 month. Fours hours after taking I felt slightly jittery and had a really dry mouth but feeling fine now. Will see how sleep goes. I am a shift worker so I often have disturbed sleep. Needed to join this forum to track my journey and talk to others. Going to take a 'before' shot tonight when I can get up the courage.

    I think most normal people weigh once a week. I'm obsessed so I weigh every day. That way if I haven't been that good, I can see the lack of result / negative result the next day... Although I don't even think that that is how it works, but I need to know every day what I weigh. I only take measurements probably once a month though!

    Felt a little off my food last night but managed a small mount of dinner. Went to bed at about 10:30pm but was restless till about 1:30am. I got up and sat on the couch in the quiet for a while and was then able to sleep when I went back to bed.

    Hi Andy, I got a little bit obsessive and was doing it every morning. But because of hormones and water content and other variables have decided to do it once a week!:(trying to stick to tha). Remember too that you will be losing size so good idea to measure yourself as well. So excited for you!

    Wondering about water intake? I've read water is key but I've also read people are struggling with water retention. What are people's experiences?
