Hi my name is michelle im 30 and i have 2 kids under 3. I have been over weight my whole life and after my 2nd pregnancy i was at my heaviest coming in at 111kgs i tried lots of diets but my heart wasnt in it. So i started walking and using rapid loss and eating healthy food. im now at 102kgs but my bmi is still 40 since im only 5"2. My doctor put me on duromine and its day 2 and i feel good, not feeling hungry but im still eating good food.

The worst thing is that i have hurt my ankle from running with to much weight and now im stuck not being able to do much cardio.

Hope to meet some new people in the same boat as me cheers

Hello Michelle! Welcome.:)
Oh, don't worry, you don't have to necessarily do cardio. Any other physical exercise is great. When your body moves more it loses extra calories, that's a fact. So choose something other and enjoy your activity!

Hi thx kate i have been doing weights at home and i can feel that working thats why im stuck at 102 kg for now.
