Even though you won't be feeling hungry, keep in mind that you need to eat every 3 - 4 hrs to keep your metabolism up and as mentioned above water is extremely crucial. I was a bit overloaded at work today and have not drank enough water and as a result I have one hell of a headache coming along.
Its day three and my appetite has almost but vanished. My mouth is so try and I have tons of energy! (Just wish I could sleep) but I feel its a small price to pay for all the weight I've gained since I stopped smoking.
Will only weigh-in on Friday and let you know what the progress is then.
