Just wanted to ask about people's experiences on duromine a second time round?

I was on the 40 mg of duromine last year and lost about 11 kilos.. I've been on it for about 3 months now and my weightloss has fluctuated from 4 kilos -0 kilos! It really looks like my body is no longer aided by it?

Can anyone relate? :(

Hello, Magenta.
It's really hard to say, since we don't know your exact regime. How were you taking them, what diet did you have, exercise, no exercise?..

Duromine only works because it restricts your appetite, making it easier to stay in a calorie defecit. It also increases your energy, making you more likely to burn calories.

So the question is
Has your appetite reduced?
Has your energy increased?
Are you changing your energy consumption and expenditure accordingly?

If you’ve reduced your caloric intake. How much by? It takes a 3500 calorie defecit to burn just 1lb (almost half a kilo) of fat. (Or a 1200 calorie defecit to burn 1lb of muscle. That’s why losing weight too fast is a bad thing long term. Your body is more likely to be wasting muscle if you’re losing significantly more than 1kg per week)

If you’re definitely in a calorie defecit and still not losing, there is something else at play. If you’re not in a calories defecit, Duromine won’t make you lose weight.
