    Hi James,
    To gain weight eat lots of snacks and drink energy fluids daily. Increase your caloric intake and consume lots of proteins through daily meals. Increase the number of meals and add smarter food more in your daily diet plans. Increase workouts, take supplements and start weightlifting.
